[About GenScope]

The Pedigree Level enables students to explore inheritance from sets of parents through family trees. By creating whole sets of children students can observe inheritance patterns.

Using only this level students can perform experiments in ways that mimic those of scientists to discover the locations of genes or the behavior of traits by making inferences from indirect information, tracing genes through generations.
